Melodicus Expressive Integration™ (MEI™) is informed by research in speech-language pathology, neuro-musicology, motor learning, auditory–motor integration, voice acoustics, and rhythm-based regulation.
Developed by Dagmar Rothschild, MA, MS, CCC-SLP, TSSLD, MEI™ integrates structured musical elements and acoustic principles directly into speech, language, and voice therapy to support clearer, more efficient, and more stable communication. These elements are not used as enrichment or add-ons — they are applied as core clinical tools within an evidence-based practice framework.
